Wonderful office staff. Lets face it, this is a trailer park so there are certain things you simple have to expect and accept in this type of living arrangement; however, the office staff...especially Jennifer, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was welcomed warmly, and graciously shown several properties with in my price range. Jennifer was honest, helpful, and most importantly...not pushy as I was trying to determine which Trailer would best suit my need and wants. I would highly recommend Skyline Village to other looking for an alternative to apartment living even if they can't afford an actual house.
Water is dirty and it has a bunch lead.
I moved in mid February and I could not be happier! The whole park is clean and quiet. All of my neighbors are respectful and friendly. The office staff are attentive and amazing. I've never lived in a community like this before and honestly wish I had moved in sooner! I highly recommend this community! Love love love living here.
Don't drink water here.
Worst place to ever work with stay away there goal in life is to steal from you and never fix anything in the mobile. Do not put 5,000 down to purchase it will be a nightmare we have been here two years in a new mobile home and it is not level and they won't fix anything!!! The manger is a worthless piece of garbage tells you they will be out to fix stuff and then they never show up.... stay away
DO NOT PUT 5,000 HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE . Thieves entered my house in the middle of the day and no one saw anything. They stole television cash electronic computers and tablets. The worst part of all this was that this happened in summer 2016. They came in during the day to steal my money and I lived next to the office and nobody saw anything. The man at the reception is rude and does not know how to treat the person very well. This administration stole $ 5,000 that I gave and they never gave me back the money and they did nothing. the water in this place is horrible and dirty.
