Just your average manufactured home community/ trailer park. Most people are decent to deal with but some neighbor's are way to all up in business that is not their concern

I enjoy living here. It's been my home for the last 7 years. It's a clean and we'll managed community. However since being under new owners they have all these sales signs throughout the community which are an eye sore. But despite that it's a great place to live.
Nice community, Cathy does an amazing job. Now that's under new ownership doesn't have the same feeling though.Flags and signs are excessive. Looks like a resort or used car lot.
