Nice clean theater, power seats. Great sound, but a few digital artifacts that were visible in high contrast area, like the movie credits. Didn't get any concession on this visit, but they looked and smelled good.
Our actual theater itself was decent for being older. The entire place is lacking greatly. There is plywood covering random things throughout the building. When we went at 1:00 on New Years Day, they had a pretty good line with 1 person selling tickets. The doors were open so you could have snuck in without purchasing. There weren't anyone taking tickets once you got in and the best part, none of the theaters were marked with what movie so you got to go on an adventure to figure that out. Definitely will be sticking to the larger updated AMC's in the cities.
During Christmas break one would think the theater would be prepared for busy days. The concession line was ridiculous...one person making hot food. I waited over 5 minutes for my hot dog and finally got a refund. Then took my granddaughter into theatre number 3. We froze!!! Talked to the manager and their rooftop heating unit was out! They didn't let anyone know. Great thing is kids are resilient!!!
Visited the day after Christmas 2017, three people taking tickets, two people working the concession stand, the line to get in was almost out the door and the line for concessions was longer. Two people working the concessions on one of the busiest theater days of the year. You could see the girl at the counter was completely frustrated. Obviously they don't have a clue how to run a business or take care of customers! I mentioned to someone in the concession line two people working? And they !it's always like that. Missed 20 minutes of the movie while waiting in line for pop, popcorn and pretzel for my son. Theater itself is fine, just do yourself a favor and bring your own food in to the movie theater, they don't want your business anyway!
Very nice. Comfortable seating. Love being able to reserve. Lines aren't too bad, of course food may take min or two but very reasonable. I think one thing could be worked on, the drink area, could use a little rearranging to make it more functional. The drink machines are on the outside of cups and lids and would work way better if machines were put beside each other and add in another cups and lids dispenser to have one on each end the line should flow more smoothly.... Other than that, great place!
