Our experience with Krech Exteriors hardly could have been worse. While representing that they would be providing us one of their own crews, Krech actually subcontracted our roofing job. In the contract, Krech specifically promised to protect our property. That did not happen. We asked them to use plywood to protect our newly redone deck and the siding of our house where it adjoins the roof of the attached garage during tearoff. Despite promising to use plywood protection, the plywood simply sat in the driveway unused. As a result, our vinyl siding and newly redone deck was marred, scratched, gouged, and cracked by roofing debris. A section of siding was broken exactly where we had requested, and Krech had promised, the use of plywood protection. We also asked them to put plywood around our hot tub. They did not, and it too was scratched by roofing debris. The roofing job itself also was defective. The new vents were dented. The shingles did not lay flat, underlayment was visibly missing where required, shingles were torn and not adequately nailed down, and the gutter flashing was incorrectly installed. As a result, Krech's work did not pass inspection by the local building inspector. We were left with a roof that needs to be redone and damage to our home that cannot be repaired (our siding is no longer available and cannot be matched). We regret choosing Krech for our roofing and gutter work.

We had a major project removing our old stucco siding, installing new hardy siding, and replacing most of our windows. Krech was fantastic. They communicated regularly, were here when they said they would be, and the quality of their work is outstanding. We have referred many of our friends, family, and co-workers and will definitely use Krech again the next time we need any exterior work done on our home.
our Rep Chris Neubauer walked us through the entire process from start to finish, including meeting with our insurance adjustor, when our home was damaged by a hail storm in September 2016. Krech's team deserves praise! They all worked professionally and diligently to complete the job! We are very happy with the results!
After a hail storm and dealing with a very unprofessional/sketchy company we contacted krech. Paul was our Rep and he was amazing to work with. We had a couple of small hiccups along the way that were immediately addressed and handled. Everyone with the company from the office to project managers and contractors were very friendly, professional and easy to get in contact with. Our project is completed (new roof, siding, soffit/fascia, gutters and garage door brick molding wrapped) and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely use them again!
