Excellent staff and service! I just used today for the first time. They were able to complete my anniversary bouquet request in LESS THAN AN HOUR. Easy to find, reasonably priced. Their shop is also adorable with lots of cute gifts/trinkets for sale as well. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!
Very disappointed when this very
small ($100) arrangement showed up at the church for my Aunt's funeral. It was actually embarrassing considering it was from multiple people. My sister called and complained and they gave her 20% off so we ended up paying $5 less. Glad they did something but it wasn't even worth 50% off. We left the pen in the picture as a comparison.
Outstanding family-run business. Flexible and accommodating with custom order. Prepared two presentation bouquets with an incredible mix of flowers, and not an overabundance of fluff. High quality preparation/packaging so that six hours later, when we finally snipped and got them into water, they continue just as beautiful as when we first got them. They are definitely my go-to, locally-owned, and family-run florist from now on!
Here is an update to a previous review! I was not satisfied with an order I placed online although they did offer me 20% off I still was not totally happy. A few days later though the owner called me and apologized for the situation and said she guarantees 100% satisfaction and refunded me the entire purchase,wow!! I thought that was very classy and I really appreciated it emmensely , I call that Superb Customer Service,Thank you Glassings
