Came here for an oil change, made the appointment over the phone and was asked a variety of normal questions. I came in for my oil change and was asked the same questions, it took about 30-45 minutes for them to do the oil change. When checking out, I was never told how my car was (usually the tech or another staff member informs you on your car's performance and if it's safe or needs repairs). Also, I made it clear I wanted the 19.99 oil change both on the phone and upon arrival. But my total came to 24.00 with a coupon an employee scanned.
Stay away! Worse experience I ever had buying tires. After waiting in the store for 2 hours, I found out that they did not have the tires I ordered and setup my appointment for. You would think they would try to find comparable tires, nope, they offered an inferior tire with no warranty at a more expensive price. I wish I would've saw all of these bad reviews before I wasted my time.
Never going back. Those two younger kids didnt want to help at all. First time i went in i was helped flawlessly by service manager John and service william. But this 1 kid just stood around looking at his phone.
Awful store. Called to make an appointment on Tuesday to get my tires changes, was told I was all set up. Come in Thursday to find out they don't have my appointment or my selected tires in stock. Have to wait 20 minutes for them to sort things out. Come back later to pick up the car and find out they charged me an extra $150 for work without even notifying me about said extra work. I pointed out the price difference to the service rep and he didn't seem to know jack squat about where the charges were coming from. Never coming here again.
Garbage at best they messed up my order and wouldbt let me return a 200 dollar part that couldn't be installed so thabk you pepboys for ruininy my day and making me not be able to go anywhere cause my car is dead without a starter and u guys just said oops well thats your problem now and your customer service is garbage at best i want to say a few more words but ill get this taken down so for your own good drive another mile down the road to AutoZone they actually care
Never going back. Bought tires woth warrenty. Brought it in and they said they didnt have my tires in stock. Went to go look my self. And found 8 of the tires in stock. Confronted them. And he stuttered saying they are reserved for other customers. I wormed as a tire tech for 2 years. When someone reserves the tires. We take the TIRES OFF THE RACK AND PUT THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH RECEIPT FOR PURCHASE THAT THEY ARE SOLD.
