Everyone was polite and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to get us in a car and on our way.
Very polite staff. Offered me an upgrade (more money of course), but I did do it. Glad I did, as the Jeep Grand Cherokee was a great vehicle to travel in.When I returned the car they told me the price they had on the invoice and I was shocked. If I were not paying attention they would have more than doubled the price I booked for on line. It was a mistake that they said was caused by not updating my invoice. Great place with a good value, but do be attentive at checkout.
This is the second time I have used enterprise for car rental at this location and Hastings, MN. Both times the cars were not clean inside, or outside. Nothing was vacuumed or spills of coffee and the smell of it was still in the car. Both times the oil change indictor light came on.
Both times they don't have enough staff to pick you up or drop you off. This last time that, I will be using them again. The staff doesn't seem to take pride in cleaning or regular maintenance of the vehicles.
Through no fault of Enterprise a smaller vehicle than I can fit in was first presented for me at the dealership where my truck was being serviced and they had no other inventory available. Within an hour or so they got me a vehicle that fit me very nicely. It was a very comfortable ride. I've used Enterprise a fair number of times and they are the BEST. I will continue to use them when I need a rental.
Excellent customer service, personalized attention. I was treated with respect and consideration. I will highly recommend this branch at Inver Grove. They go the extra mile to help you find what you need and work with your budget. My deposit was returned back to my bank account within 24 hrs!
