I had a question for the bookstore so I call. I was put on hold for about five minutes which is fine I understand if you're busy. I believe I spoke with the Store Manager. I asked her a few questions, and she was extremely dismissive very rude, and ended up hanging up on me. She made me feel like an idiot for not knowing the answers to genuine questions that I had. I would recommend to InverHills to give your Bookstore Manager some customer service lessons they're very needed!
